In an unlikely event of delivering of damaged product or missing item/s

Claims for damaged or missing items must be informed within 24 hours of delivering the product/s.

Any damaged products must be returned within 07 days in the original condition and without any damages to the original packaging,
labels, tags, stickers, warranty cards, etc.

If ordered items arrive damaged, faulty, or non-functional, customers are eligible to request a refund or a replacement,
though this is subject to the specific category of the item.

If the delivered product differs from the www.cocomoco.me website’s images or description,
you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and the product must be returned within 07 days.

To qualify, the item must remain unused and the original packaging must be in its initial condition and labels, tags,
stickers, warranty cards, etc. should keep intact.

Please note that reasons such as "no longer needed" or "change of mind" are not valid grounds for a return,
refund, replacement, or exchange claim/s.
Refunds
Refunds for eligible returns/transactions will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase,
in compliance with PayHere refund policies. The refunds will be processed within 21 business days.
Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
Non-returnable & non-exchangeable Items
Perishable products, cosmetics & toiletries, healthcare & personal care, innerwear, gift vouchers, watches,
party dresses, etc., are not returnable, refunded, or exchanged.
Change or cancel an order

Refunds will not be issued for requests made after 5 days of order placement, or if your order is in the processing stage,
or if your order has already been delivered, or already been purchased from the vendor.
In such cases, you will need to follow our returns procedure.

Most orders are normally started to process 48 hours before the delivery date.
Groceries, jewelries, hampers, flowers, etc., are processed 72 hours before the delivery date.
